Introduction
This
course is aimed at students who are continuing
training in Counselling & Psychotherapy to
an advanced level.
This
exciting and stimulating programme provides
additional in-depth study into the theory,
practice and skills involved in the professional
practice of the counsellor.
This is an 18 day course spread over a 9 month
period and combines 120 hours of training.
The
cost of the course is £1797.75 including VAT.
There is an initial registration fee of £199.75
and students can opt to pay for the remaining
course fees over 8 monthly payments.
Payments can also be made in full and receive a 10%
discount if paid prior to the start date
of the course.

The Advanced
Diploma
in Integrative Counselling
& Psychotherapy
is awarded by Contemporary College of
Therapeutic Studies and Validated by ACHPC.
Applicants must already hold
a Diploma in Counselling or an equivalent
qualification.
After submitting your application form with your
registration fee, an A4 summary of your life
experience, including your reasons for attending
the course, the College will process your
application and respond to you within 72 hours.
There are 2 modules. Each
module requires a written piece of work to
demonstrate theoretical knowledge and practical
application.

Counselling and Psychotherapeutic
Interventions
This is a practical, experiential module that covers:
- Extending
the use and knowledge of the
Integrative Model
- Exploring
specific therapeutic interventions
that are available to the therapist.
- Extending
the range of interventions being used.
Developing
a sense of therapy as a working process
and gaining confidence in strategies that
empower the client. |
Further
practical application of Counselling and
Psychotherapy.
This Module includes the undertaking of research
within the specific field of therapy as well as
having awareness of the general approaches to
research.
You
will be guided through completing your own piece
of research right from choosing the field of
study, to producing and presenting the report. |
